Newsletter signups

We collect your email address, chosen edition, signup time and consent version when you join the launch list. We use these to record your subscription request. Newsletter delivery is not connected yet. Enquiries do not subscribe you.

Contact and business enquiries

We collect your name, email, optional organisation, enquiry type, message, submission time and consent version to review and respond to your request. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive identity documents.

Storage and service providers

The website runs on Vercel. Validated form submissions are sent through Google Apps Script and saved in a Google Sheet with restricted access. Sanity provides editorial content. These providers may process connection information and operational logs to deliver their services; processing can occur outside your country.

Your browser

Saved story IDs and your edition preference stay in your browser’s local storage. You can remove bookmarks on the site or clear site data in your browser. We do not currently run advertising pixels or third-party audience analytics.

Abuse prevention

The forms use an hourly hash derived from connection information to limit repeated submissions. The raw IP address is not included in form records saved to the Sheet. The hosting provider may keep operational logs separately.

Retention and choices

We keep launch-list records to manage requested updates and enquiries for as long as needed to handle the conversation and associated obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your record, or withdraw signup consent. Contact us from the email associated with the submission so we can verify the request. Rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies to your request.

Changes

We will update this notice before connecting newsletter delivery, audience analytics or other services that change how we use personal information.
